Information We Collect

• Account and contact information you provide, such as email address.
• Photos and content you upload to generate sticker designs ("reference photos"). If a reference photo includes a person, it may incidentally contain that person's face. Stikko does not ask you to submit a photo specifically of your face, and does not perform facial recognition, create a facial template, or otherwise attempt to identify who is in a photo.
• Basic usage and device information for app performance and diagnostics.

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve Stikko services.
• To process orders, payments, and customer support requests.
• To detect abuse, secure our systems, and prevent fraud.
• To communicate service updates or important account information.

Face Data in Reference Photos

When you upload a reference photo to generate a sticker design, the entire photo — including any faces it contains — is sent to Google's Gemini model (via Google Cloud Vertex AI) so the model can use it as visual reference when generating your sticker design. We do not crop, isolate, or specifically extract faces before sending a photo, and we do not use uploaded photos to perform facial recognition or build a biometric profile of you or anyone else. The app asks for your explicit agreement before your first upload is sent for this purpose. See "How We Share Information" and "Data Retention" below for where this data goes and how long it is kept.

How We Share Information

We share your uploaded reference photos with Google, specifically Google's Gemini image-generation model running on Google Cloud Vertex AI, solely to generate your sticker design from that photo. We also share limited information with other service providers (for payment processing, order fulfillment, hosting, and analysis) only as needed to operate Stikko. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models. We may also disclose data when required by law.

Data Retention

Reference photos you upload are stored for up to 30 days after upload and are then automatically deleted. Generated sticker designs are retained for as long as your account remains active, so that you can reorder or reprint a design; if you order a physical sticker sheet, we also retain the finished print file needed to fulfill that order. We keep account and transaction information for as long as needed to provide the service, complete transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your reference photos, generated designs, or account at any time — see "Your Choices" below.

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
